 Module 1: Getting Fully Engaged®
To be maximally profitable, businesses must fully ignite employee talent and skills. The Human Performance Institute has found that the most effective way to accomplish this is to increase employees’ awareness of on-going engagement levels throughout the day. DETAILS

 Module 2: Facing the Truth
The first step in deepening engagement at work is facing the truth about one’s current level of engagement. Participants will identify how their current habits and routines drive engagement or disengagement as well as how to honestly confront the short and long-term consequences of both. DETAILS

 Module 3: Full Engagement Nutrition®
Nutrition plays a fundamental role in energy production and is therefore a vital link in the engagement process. Unfortunately, eating right is not as simple as counting calories, avoiding fat, or choosing healthy foods. Participants will learn how, when, and what one eats powerfully affects engagement and performance. DETAILS

Module 4: Movement for Full Engagement®
Critical to full engagement is the understanding that movement typically stimulates engagement and the absence of movement typically stimulates disengagement. Participants will explore the connection between physical fitness and engagement at work, as well as identify the training needed to enhance engagement. DETAILS

Module 5: Defining Purpose
The most powerful driving force for engagement is the energy derived from connecting to deeply held values and beliefs. Facing the truth establishes where we are now, and defining purpose establishes where we would like to be. Participants will define their vision of full engagement in the context of work and establish new rules of engagement. DETAILS

Module 6: Taking Action
Managing energy in the service of full engagement requires positive rituals — precise behaviors that become automatic over time. Participants will create a comprehensive action plan, develop action steps, and establish an accountability system to acquire new rituals to enhance engagement. DETAILS
